Corgi’s built in dialer allows you to call directly from your own phone, with a masked number. No more signing into PIMS, putting on your headset. Simply dial from your own phone, naturally.

Later 2024, we will be adding functionality for you to add your own callback numbers (e.g., your hospital’s number). Presently, you may dial from Corgi using our default number 1-888-255-4024.

1. Tap a patient and select Call
2. Verify that the phone number displayed is correct. You can change it if you need to here before placing the call.
   
3. Place the call by pressing the green phone icon.
4. Corgi makes the call
   
5. On the call, you have four buttons:
   • Speaker: toggles between earpiece and speakerphone
   • Microphone: mute or unmute yourself
   • Airplay: connect a bluetooth device (e.g., Airpods)
   • Hang Up
